Two violent incidents dominated the first two days of news in 2025. The incidents in New Orleans and Las Vegas, the Biden Administration’s reactions, and the explosion of informed and uninformed gossip on social media about these events make clear that Congress must confirm President Trump’s appointments of Attorney General Pam Bondi, Homeland Security Director Kristi Noem, FBi Director Kash Patel, Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, DNI Tulsi Gabbard, and CIA Director John Ratcliffe right now, post haste, as a matter of this nation’s national security.
It has been predicted by competent American security officials for months that an Islamic terrorist incident would be on the immediate New Year’s calendar here because of the numerous known terrorists Joe Biden’s open border policies put in the United States. That does not take into account the sponsorship of Joe Biden and his close surrogates of Islamic terrorists for their proxy wars in Ukraine against Russia and, similarly, against Assad in Syria which Trump has condemned and will stop.
An apparent American citizen and Army veteran from Texas, Shamsud Din Jabbar, who was also an Isis convert and Islamic terrorist, mowed down those celebrating the New Year in New Orleans, killing 15 and leaving many more seriously injured. The attack at 3:15 a.m. predominantly victimized young people. Jabbar died in a shootout with police. The FBI first said this was not an act of terrorism, then said there were others involved in planting IEDS throughout the French Quarter, then retreated to saying that Jabbar did it all by himself.
In Las Vegas, Nevada, a few hours later at 8:40 am on New Year’s Day, it appears that an active-duty Special Forces Green Beret, Matthew Livelsberger, drove a Tesla Cybertruck to the valet entrance of the Trump International Hotel, shot himself in the head, and ignited fireworks and fuel cannisters in the truck, incinerating it and himself in a fiery explosion. The circumstantial surveillance and other video accumulated by the Las Vegas Police with the assistance of Elon Musk along with recovered personal documents from the truck all point to Livelsberger. But final confirmation awaits DNA and similar forensic evidence since there was little left of the body recovered from the truck.
After FBI stonewalling and fabrications concerning the two Trump assassination attempts, January 6, 2021, Russiagate, Ukrainegate, and their illegal lawfare against Trump, no one believes what is being said about these incidents. To top it off, old senile Joe Biden suddenly appeared on the scene, as if in an unbelievably bad dream, speaking from the White House and shouting that he was on top of things. He noted, at the same time that he is awarding the nation’s second highest civilian medals to Liz Cheney and Mississippi Rep. Bernie Thompson for the concocted and Hollywood produced hoax known as the Congressional January 6 investigation. Whoever is controlling him also leaked out that he is angry with Attorney General Merrick Garland for not instituting lawfare against Donald Trump early enough to prevent his election. Doesn’t leaving this group in charge threaten Donald Trump’s inauguration with violence if not, God forbid, another assassination attempt?
We need answers and answers now which are reliable, trustworthy, and transparent. The opposition to Trump’s nominees, particularly Tulsi Gabbard and Kash Patel are most virulent because they know where the evil players in our government reside and how they operate. Gabbard was among the first to oppose the use of Islamic terrorists by the Obama Administration to overthrow Assad in Syria. She has also exposed the use of neo-Nazis and Syrian terrorists against the Russians in Ukraine.
As Michael Shellenberger documents, the Biden Administration has fabricated the myth that the biggest terrorist threat in the United States is white nationalist extremism, their inflamed and false characterization of Donald Trump’s supporters. They have ignored the threat emanating from open borders, let alone the blowback resulting from Donald Trump’s determination to end the sponsorship of murderous zealot mercenaries against Russia, a legacy dating back to the Jimmy Carter/ Zbigniew Brzezinski war against Russia in Afghanistan.

We the undersigned, state as follows:
Donald J. Trump won a mandate from we, the American people, to bring about the fundamental changes in direction which will save our Republic and lead it to what he promises to be a new golden age.
To do that, the intelligence, foreign policy, and military apparatus which has sponsored destructive forever wars, cultural and moral decadence, and the general policies of imperial empire must be eliminated.
These denizens of what President Eisenhower called “the military industrial complex” would have put Donald Trump in prison for the rest of his life if he had not won the election. The same people have eviscerated the Bill of Rights, particularly the First Amendment, in building a propaganda and censorship regime intended to enslave the People. The People, in this election, delivered a mandate to Washington’s powerful: you are to have power no more.
Donald Trump has appointed the antiwar Lt. Colonel Tulsi Gabbard to oversee and clean up the intelligence agencies. He has appointed Fox News host and Army Veteran Pete Hegseth Defense Secretary to rid the military of the scourge of DEI and combat mediocrity. He has appointed Pam Bondi to clean out a Department of Justice which has been turned against the American people. He has appointed Kash Patel to take on the FBI, the Deep State's police arm. They have none of the establishment credentials which make the intellect timid, the will weak, and the soul corrupt. All are strong willed truth seekers. All of them will work for, not against, the American President, Donald Trump.
Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., who Donald Trump appointed to head the Department of Health and Human Services has made it his mission to end the epidemic of chronic child and adult illness which is currently plaguing our country, and the destructive and corrupting role of Big Pharma with respect to public health. Rather than the inquisition conducted against scientists who were skeptics during COVID, RFK, Jr. has vowed to create honest and open scientific debate within medicine again, the essential ingredient for prompting new discoveries and cures.
We, the undersigned, state unequivocally that the Senate must confirm these “controversial” appointments, and the rest of Trump’s appointments so that we can proceed, at warp speed, to revive this Republic. Senators standing in the way of this are rejecting the overwhelming message sent to them by the American people on November 5, 2024. Confirm them, all of them, or suffer the consequences in funding and future elections.
